Course Details

• Course content revolves around the student's weaknesses and interests, based upon a number of topics, which are introduced according to the development needs and interests of the class.
  

• We maintain very small class sizes, maximum six but we usually aim for three or four. The course is aimed primarily at students of 18 years and over, who have at least passed the beginners level, but require more instruction in the skills of speaking and listening. The communicative approach maximizes your opportunity to improve your listening and speaking fluency. The focus is on achieving confident and effective spoken English for everyday social, study or business requirements. You will be within a classroom environment for four hours per day, five days per week, Monday to Friday. You will have the opportunity of continuing your tuition after classes, within our home environment. Extra, after class tasks are set each day and these are discussed during the following lesson.
• Our well structured curriculum, with small class sizes, with emphasis on listening and speaking skills allows us to focus on any areas of particular interest or difficulty to you. We concentrate on improving the speaking and listening skills that are sometimes lacking in students who have studied mainly in their, own country.

• The opportunity is here for you to continue improving your English, outside of the normal classroom times, especially at mealtimes, which are very relaxed and held more in the Spanish style than in the English. We occasionally invite British native speakers to join us for coffee breaks; these are non professional friends, who will speak with you in normal English as opposed to classroom “speak”.
• We use selected modern textbooks and audio CD's from England 's leading publishers as well as our own specially prepared material. All your tuition will be in English, with the emphasis on communication. We provide a fast and effective way for you to achieve more confidence and increase your fluency in effective spoken English.
• Although the full course is designed as a four week intensive fluency booster, due to demand we have redesigned the course into two parts. This enables some students to take two weeks at a time. If you wish you can take only the first two weeks or take two weeks now and the final two later on in the year or next year.
